There is no call centre and no reception desk — just five volunteers, their own mobile numbers, and two inboxes for the things that shouldn't depend on one person being free.
Everyone on this page is a volunteer. Aid4Aid has no office and nobody on a salary — the committee do this over and above their day jobs, and your message lands on somebody's own phone rather than in a queue. You will hear back. WhatsApp is usually the quickest, and if a couple of days go past, a follow-up is welcome rather than a bother.
