Aid 4 Animals in Distress

Bring love home.

Aid 4 Animals In Distress (Aid4Aid) is a no-kill rescue organisation in Cape Town's southern suburbs. We rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals — plus sterilisation drives, outreach and education in the communities around us. Every animal in our care is in a foster home right now, looking for their forever one.

About us

Rescue, rehabilitate, rehome.

Aid4Aid began in 2015 as a WhatsApp group in Kirstenhof — and became a registered NPO in April 2016.

We're run entirely by volunteers, working professionals doing this over and above their day jobs. There's no shelter: every animal in our care lives with a foster family, never in a kennel.

Foster

Please help us say yes.

Every rescue starts with one word: yes — and without enough foster homes, we have to say we can't. We cover all food and all veterinary care; you bring the home. Fostering costs you nothing.
